Personalised & Bespoke Items

Due to their unique nature, items that are personalised, custom-made, or created to your specific requirements cannot be returned or refunded. This includes anything with a bespoke element that makes it impossible to resell.

We encourage you to double-check all details (such as spellings, dates, and colours) before placing your order.

However, if your personalised item arrives with a fault or error on our part, please contact us immediately at info@wickharmony.co.uk We are committed to resolving the situation for you, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-Personalised Items

If you have changed your mind about a non-personalised item, you are welcome to return it for a full refund, provided that:

  • You notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is returned in its original, unopened packaging and is in a perfectly resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return (Non-Personalised Items)

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at info@wickharmony.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Package Your Item: Please package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

  3. Ship the Item: Return the item to the address we provide. Please note that you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Receiving Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item (whether personalised or not), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve this quickly, please provide your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Please do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if faulty, before you have contacted us.

  • You are liable for any diminished value of a product resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and function. This includes damage that occurs during return transit due to inadequate packaging.
