Shipping policy

At WickHarmony Ltd, we take great care in preparing your order and aim to get it to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All our products are dispatched from our workshop in Horsham. We process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) from the time the order is placed.

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number.

Our UK Shipping Options

We use Royal Mail's tracked services to ensure you can follow your order's journey right to your door. At checkout, you can choose from the following options:

  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked: £2.87 
    Delivery Aim: 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.
    A fully tracked service from dispatch to delivery.
  • Royal Mail 24 Tracked: £3.60 
    Delivery Aim: The next business day after dispatch.
    Our fastest option, fully tracked from dispatch to delivery.

Please Note

  • Delivery Times: The delivery aims mentioned above are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur, particularly during peak seasons (like Christmas) or due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Shipping Address: Please double-check that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost orders resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
